How can I enter/exit the centre?
We are keeping all entrances & exits open including to carpark.
Is there a one-way system in place?
Yes, please follow the arrows on the floor & keep to the left in our walkways.
Do I need to wear a face covering?
The Government has announced that from the 24th July, face coverings will be mandatory in shops and supermarkets. We ask all who visit Broad St.Mall to adhere to this guidance for the wellbeing and safety of all our customers and staff. Children under 11 years old and those with certain disabilities and medical conditions are exempt.
Please be aware that stores can refuse entry to those who choose not to wear a face covering without a legitimate reason.
Are there any limitations on how long I can spend in the centre?
No, there is not a time limit on how long you are able to spend in the centre but we do ask that you shop sensibly and shop alone where possible.
Can I pay by cash or will it be card payment only?
Please check with our individual retailers regarding what payment methods are being accepted at this time. We do advise that you are prepared to make contactless payment where possible.
What measures are in place to ensure customers' safety?
We are committed to making a visit to Broad St. Mall as safe as possible and the wellbeing of our visitors and staff remains our priority.

Will I be able to access the lifts?
Lift access is subject to social distancing guidelines and only 2 people should use the lift at any time. Priority access should be given to the Elderly, disabled customers, and those with pushchairs.
Are there seating areas available?
A selective number of seating is available around the centre and priority should be given to Elderly and Vulnerable people. Social distancing guidelines should be followed and only 1 household per bench.
Is the car park open?
The car park is operating as usual; however, we ask customers to maintain a safe distance when entering and leaving your vehicle.
Visitors can pay at the pay stations with cash and card as normal, please respect social distancing guidelines when making payments.
What stores are open and what are their trading hours?
All stores are open, with participating food outlets being able to offer take-away or delivery currently. Individual trading times may vary to the opening hours of the mall and may change at short notice so we advise contacting the stores directly prior to visiting the mall. For more information go to;
Will I need to queue to get into a store?
To maintain social distancing, stores will be limiting the number of customers allowed in at any one time. Queuing systems will be in place where needed to ensure customer capacity is not exceeded.
Are the toilets and baby changing area open?
Toilet facilities are open, we ask that people adhere to the social distancing guidelines when using them and take care over personal hygiene. Regular cleaning and sanitation of these areas is in place.

Are the food outlets open?
Some restaurants are open for takeaway & through online/app ordering systems. Please check with stores directly for detail.
