Our friendly and helpful centre team are always on hand to offer you help, advice or assistance. Look out for them throughout the centre.
Lifts can be found at the following locations in the centre:
Direct lift access to car parks: next to Poundland
Access to Upper Mall and car park: available in Central Square
All toilets including baby changing and changing places facilities are located on the first floor next to the car park.
Our ‘Text Sally’ service is available if you find yourself having forgotten or are without baby or sanitary products. When you are in the toilets, simply text the number provided on the back of the doors and a member of our staff will come to you with a discreet delivery of products.
There are 10 parent and child bays and 16 disabled parking bays. Payment is still required for these.
First AidIn case of an accident or emergency you’ll be in safe hands. Our security staff are trained in first aid skills and will assist on request.
