Here at Broad Street Mall, you will find a tap point where you can donate directly to Reading’s homeless!

Your donation gives vital, practical support to people who are, or have been, homeless or rough sleeping in Reading. 100% goes to homelessness charity partners: Launchpad, St Mungo’s, YMCA and The Salvation Army.

Tap for Reading provides an alternative to giving directly to people begging, which isn’t always effective and doesn’t always help those most in need.

The money raised will be used to support people experiencing homelessness with services, including clothes, photographic ID, a day’s bus pass for travel to appointments or employment, basic kitchen items and even furniture when moving into a new home.

The tap point at Broad Street Mall can be found on the ground floor opposite Funda.
