Welcome to The Broad Street Mall
Reading has an active day & night-time economy and there is always plenty to see and do in the town centre, which boasts a plentiful array of local and national retailers with many cafés and restaurants waiting to serve. Worth a visit is historic St Mary 's Butts Church, the Abbey Ruins and Forbury Gardens (complete with the wrong legged Lion)!Reading Station serves the centre of the town and there are excellent park and ride schemes for those wanting to avoid any parking hassles.
Reading benefits from three M4 motorway junctions (10, 11 & 12) and provides for the business traveller with numerous luxury hotels right in the town centre. The Broad Street Mall is the more established of two major shopping malls in the town and has been at the forefront of mall style shopping in Reading for over thirty years. The mall is undergoing major re-furbishment and is, as it has always been, Reading 's favourite community shopping centre!
